It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: The staff were friendly. Location was great - quiet but fairly close to the city action
Disliked: Probably the bathroom not being that private - barn door. There was no bathroom fan unless it was activated by running shower. The fall of the floor tiles wasn’t great as the water leaked from the shower quite the distance to the toilet

Good, comfortable no frills option...

Liked: Very decent rooms, comfortable beds, nice little kitchenettes, all round good. Location was ok, easy Uber to city centre or docks.
Disliked: All in all was ok. As an apartment hotel no real communal facilities, pool was average but to be fair we went there to be able to cater for ourselves so no real complaints.

Liked: All of the staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable along with looking great and being well designed.

Regret

Liked: Im not happy at all with the hotel, the cleaning staff come to celan my room and lose a big stuff bear that was a present, when i enquire for it the cleaning staff told me they will look for it. I thought they may took it with the old bedsheets, but they didn’t come back to me. I made the complaint in the reception and after 3 further complaints they just told me they can’t find anything completely ignoring me whit no care about guests property it could be my passport, laptop or anything they wouldn’t care terrible service , no apologies no care
