Great hotel in amazing location.

Liked: Came for the pearl jam concert. Locations was amazing and a 15 to 20min easy walk to the stadium. When it finished most of the stadium headed to the southern cross station, it was mayhem. We walked in the opposite direction to easily get home.
Disliked: Beds were a little to soft and hurt my back a little, but the were big, and clean.

Liked: They were so friendly and really helpful. In the two room apartment each room had its own bathroom and toilet, done in a way that it doesn’t take up too much space. We were also upgraded to a room that had the most incredible balcony.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff was exceptional, even though she was already leaving for work she still stayed on to help with the check in. Location is very convenient, a few minutes walk to southern cross station. Room was big and spacious and clean too. Wonderful stay. Definitely recommend it!

Liked: The aesthetic of the the property was good the dark and gold running throughout.
Disliked: When we checked in we weren’t made aware that the pool and outdoor facilities were closed on the sonly hot day that we were there. Went for a morning swim to find the outdoor area locked. Also upon walking into the room we found dust and crisps on the floor behind the doors we mentioned this to reception early in our stay and they were still there at the end.
