Great hotel!

Liked: Very good hotel, close to the city center at a fair price, very clean and located in a quite area. Everything run smoothly form booking to check-in to check-out - very professional personnel. Would highly recommend!

Good value for money stay

Liked: It offers good value for money, especially with Vienna's prices. The bed was comfortable and has a fine location, just a 20 min walk from the city centre. On a special note, I would like to thank Elena, a staff member from the reception, for her assistance and professionalism. I wish there were more thoughtful employees like Elena.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet is too basic, monotonous, and simple.

Liked: The room was exactly like the pictures : clean , heated, with towels and amenities .Close to the city centar, and couple of minutes to the U4 / U2 line.The staff is very nice, friendly, helped us to order a taxi to the airport in the morning.I will visit this hotel again.
Disliked: If I were alone, I would not have liked the neighborhood, as it is very quiet in the evenings.The walls were quite thin and you can hear your neigboors at night, and the pillows were bad.
