We went to a concert...

Liked: It was clean and functional. Lobby and bar area are very welcoming. Breakfast was fine
Disliked: Coffeemaker in breakfast area was broken

Clean room, bathroom and towels....

Liked: The location close to the gare midi of Brussels
Disliked: I booked a room with two queen size beds an I got a room with three single beds. I expected to have a bigger bed to rest better.

Nightmare experience of one long...

Liked: Cleanliness is on nice level. Nice little kitchen and nice ambient in common area.
Disliked: There is strict check in policy from 3pm with extra charge of the luggage lockers.There is not however policy until when check in in dormitory is possible, so 2 people came after midnight . No designated rooms for late check in so any dormitory can become a station for people . Peace hours are usually something every hostel insist on, this one obviously not.Only 2 small lockers without keys inside a room for 4. Even without lockers for other 2 beds there is no physical space for luggage. I have received several messages before my arrival about special offers, breakfast etc, i did not receive any house rules policy as it is actually not given to people- that goes with policy " all are welcome here" which is like a concept of hostel. Reality is that all should not be welcomed in- the one which are not following common sense house rules about quiet hours like in any other hostel. That being said, i got a guy in dormitory who was playing music in his mobile without earphones around 3 am, eating chips and making noise and another guy who had screams in sleep and making weird noises even when he was not sleeping - creepy. If they were provided by regular house rules, maybe they would not be free to act like this...but hay, " all welcome" concept obviously works in hostel benefits only. If i wanted that ammount of noise i could stay in train station- more or less same just with bed. I am perfectly fine with with concept of dormitory but some rules should be implemented there as well .

Disappointing

Liked: Nothing as such. It is like a pretty standard hotel room.
Disliked: Too much noisy, no basic facility, there were 2 bunker bed which were not required and were taking space, room's temperature was not good or maybe insulation was bad, it was cold in the morning.

A decent place for a...

Liked: Good location, clean rooms, breakfast offering was good.
Disliked: Only one elevator functioning. No stairway access to walk up or down. Forced to wait to get down three floors. Found it ridiculous. If you just have one elevator working for every single person staying at the hotel, you need to give people the ability to use the stairs.
