Amazing staff and location

Liked: The location is perfect! Only 3-min walk from Berlin Hbf and it’s within close distance (30-min walk) to all the touristy attraction we wanted to see as it was our first time in Berlin. The staff were so lovely, we actually accidentally left our phone in the room when we checked out. Phoned the staff immediately and got everything sorted out right away (they have a dedicated website for lost items and we could arrange shipment and all that). Really thankful for the helpful staff!
Disliked: The bed was too hard and the pillow felt like a cardboard. If you’re a light-sleeper you might not appreciate this.
