Liked: Moody reception staff. Pillows not great. Rest was fab

Liked: The location is perfect.
Disliked: There are trains running right outside the hotel but it wasn’t that noisy for me.

Lovely hotel just to get...

Liked: Easy to get to from the airport, was also close to central so location was perfect! Very clean, even in corridors etc. Staff were nice and friendly, the rooms were big enough for a couple of nights and the bathroom was lovely.
Disliked: We had an odd situation of a member of our party leaving her bag in a taxi (including her passport), the taxi driver brought it back and wanted payment for the fare. The hotel staff pounded on the door at 5am to get us to come downstairs and we were all a little terrified being 4 girls alone in a room, we felt this could have been handled better or they could have announced it was hotel staff instead of persistently pounding on the door.

Disliked: Walls are so thin that you can hear every sound coming from surrounding rooms. Unable to get rest or sleep without being woken every couple of minutes.

Disliked: our duvets were dirty
