Very good

Liked: Very friendly and helpful at reception, Tommy was awesome. Excellent instructions as arriving after hours. Room was clean and great wee kitchenette. Good location, train station about 10 min walk. Walk to town about 30mins and does have incline and declines.
Disliked: The stairs would be hard for some people and bringing a heavy suitcase upstairs isn't for everyone. Found the mattress abit hard, my back feels it but apart from those two things everything else was great

Liked: Gorgeous building and fit out, in a super location.
Disliked: I only dropped in to sleep, and was hoping for a comfy experience after a 14 hour journey. The room was tiny, I could barely move around without knocking knees and legs. The bed mattress was ok, the pillows need an upgrade, as they're lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was a good size but it's the little things that matter, for example, you can't wash your face using the sink, there's a ledge right above the sink which makes it impossible.The most annoying thing was a hole in the wall through which a roaring sound was coming, sounded like the aircon ducts from other rooms. It started just as I was going to bed and kept me up for ages.

Liked: Lovely boutique hotel located in quiet street, yet close to ma y cafes and restaurants.The area has village feel with little church just across the road - but is so close to the city.

Great place to enjoy your...

Liked: Great location in the middle of Darlinghurst. Awesome place to stay. Private courtyard, comfy rooms. The only 'asterisk' is the slightly higher sound levels, as sounds reverberate off the walls. You can hear people fairly easily (walking in the room upstairs as well). East plugs for sleeping helps, so no big deal.
Disliked: Sound levels/insulation
