Reasonable value for money in...

Liked: Staff, location, price
Disliked: Bathroom ventilation needs help as the bathroom wouldn’t dry unless the door was left open. The mini bar is also in need of defrosting: poor thing was producing more heat on the outside than it was cooling in the inside, it felt. It would be helpful if there were electric sockets on both sides of the bed, too.

Very convenient location to Kings...

Liked: Big room, fantastic shower. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff
Disliked: Couldn’t wash the dishes as there was no soap, dish cloth or tea towel. Staff just rinsed the dishes and dried with a towel

Lovely people + building, great...

Liked: The bed, the location and the staff - the staff were really lovely and very friendly, happy to provide recommendations
Disliked: The advert was a bit misleading because it said there would be a desk in every room, however ours was too small even to fit one in. There was also no cupboard with space to hang clothes.
