Lovely room but being woken...

Liked: Loved our large room and bath tub… even if it was a little tricky climbing up all the stairs with luggage. We have stayed many times (with previous owners) and always loved our stay.
Disliked: Being woken up at 8:30am by cleaners outside the door literally yelling about towels and soaps. We got into the room very late the night before, as I was working all day and night - and was looking forward to a sleep in. That didn’t happen. The cleaners and staff need to be mindful that there are paying guests sleeping in the rooms - so please keep the noise down. I understand the cleaners were being trained - but you can still whisper and talk quietly.
