Liked: I loved that the hotel had a shuttle to and from Mayo hospital and the clinic. Also very close to both locations in case Of an emergency.

Liked: Every year I take my grandkids to a hotel and my mom used to stay in this hotel when she had her cancer but she passed away three years ago so my granddaughter told me she wanted to spend the night in a hotel that me and my mom stayed at

Liked: Toilet was very low, should put in a high one for those who have problems with their knees and legs.
Disliked: There was only one person at the front desk who was very kind on the phone with another person for about 15 minutes but when the manager came in seeing me stand there and went in the back office and did not ask if she could help with the phone or me this made me very upset. I had been driving for along time this morning to get to an appointment at the Mayo and was very tired want to just get to my room to put my feet up and relax .
