Liked: Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean, and the "palm tree" waterfall was cool (but with nicely warm water). Breakfast had a good variety.

Liked: Friendly staff during day and pool and hot tub open late is a bonus also wasn’t aware we had a jacuzzi in the room so that also was a plus
Disliked: Ac didn’t work and I called to desk to see if they had a fan , he was going to check and call me back , never got a call back or a fan . It was very warm in room . Room door was difficult to shut because carpet is ripped , had to keep pushing/pulling shut

Liked: I love the cleanliness of the room, how peaceful the inn was, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was professional and polite.

Liked: Love the location, staff was very friendly and helpful, the free shuttle to and from the Mayo Clinic is extremely convenient. Restaurant connected to the hotel is very good and guests of the hotel get a 10% discount. The free breakfast was also good! There is also a very nice Indoor pool for guests.
Disliked: Property is a little dated.
