Disliked: We reserved a double room with two double beds. The hotel webpage showed five photographs of a room of the type. The room actually assigned us looked considerably smaller than the photographed room , partly because of the photographic techniques but also because the assigned room was actually somewhat smaller than the photographed room, which had a higher ceiling. Although the photographs had a footnote that the actual room may be different, the size difference was far from negligible and somewhat disappointing.
