Worst stay ever

Liked: Customer service was great, and the meals in the bistro looked amazing, though we did not eat there.
Disliked: The bathroom had a urine stench to it, which became worse when the hot shower was run . The bathroom was disgusting with a clear handprint on the back of the door with some kind of gunk imprinted. The doors had black dirty marks on them, and there were spill marks on the walls in the main room and bathroom. The location was great for shopping and groceries, if you could handle the constant sounds of hoons and trucks all night. The beds were hard with no extra linen provided in case you got cold. We travel a lot for kids' sports, with this being the worst place we have stayed. The rooms clearly need updating, which would be ok if they were clean and comfortable. There was a lack of power points for charging, and the only lights in the room were the bright main ones.

Disliked: The rooms were disgusting. Stains from 1970 on the walls and carpet. Tiling in the showers were falling apart. Grout was stained black. Extremely noisy with main roads intersection out the front.. needs a complete room renovation and refurbish!
