Liked: The hotel was absolutely beautiful. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was 5 star! Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for both food and drink.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, very good variety.
Disliked: Room was beautiful but cold, would of loved 2 keys to keep room heated when we were out, but it was all lovely.

Liked: The restaurant and bar was beautiful ,breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: The heating in the room wasn't great. It was either too cold or too warm we couldn't get it fixed other than that it was great

Disliked: They charged me twice for one night and it took over two weeks to get my money back phoning them many times and they said would refund our meal because of mix up but I won't be waiting on that and blamed booking . Com and staff for all what happened but was one person the manager
