Liked: The hotel itself was beautiful; breathtaking since the moment you step foot in reception. But it’s the staff that really makes this special and stand-out. I cannot thank them enough for making this trip so memorable. Above and beyond.

Disliked: There was too much black gloss everywhere. Too dystopian, room was clinical, fixtures cheap, bed hard, pillows lumpy and the smell throughout the hotel was that of cheap air freshener.

Liked: This property was so unique and we absolutely loved the location of it. We booked one of the suites and it was roomy and had all the bells and whistles you could possibly need. The staff were all so attentive and friendly too. We would definitely stay here again!
