Pleasant
Disliked: The music was very last by breakfast. After asking the staff to turn it down a bit they have turned it up even later. Only one lift was available, so sometimes one needed to wait for more than 10 minutes for one.. no problem if you had a room on the third floor , you could take stairs, but not walking up and down from the sixth floor.. hotel more for very young people

Good but not the best...
Liked: New hotel with good location, clean rooms.
Disliked: Room is nice but too minimalistic. I struggled to find places for my stuff as there’s no wardrope or drawr. Receptionists were ok but they would be better to be more friendly.

Small room Uncomfortable and bad...
Disliked: The room is very very small. The staff attitude was very bad when I checkout. I booked for two rooms. Unknown reason why the front desk staff collected the full payment for one room but the other room he did not do so but collect a deposit only upon check in. I asked why the front desk explained that they need a certain amount of deposit. Without thinking much, I let him charge to my card. After that every morning i received a certain amount notification from my bank that the hotel was charging different amount daily to my credit card. On the last day checkout I ask for the final bill at the front desk, i told him my room 317. Then he printed out a bill Euro 12.94 and I paid for this amount. Then I ask for the other room bill 526. I repeated i want all the detail billing for my room 317. The guy get so furious why I asked you pay 12.94 you paid. You room is 317 not 217. I was like I have told you 317 and I was not given the bill until we ask for the full invoices that we have paid for. He was the one hearing wrongly and he was like I am cheating him. If I would cheat him I will not ask for the details billing. I proof to him with all the notifications charged to my credit card but he said that is holding only. He insist that we have to pay the Euro 3000 plus then we can leave. The hotel will release the holding amounts of 3400 plus Euros upon paying these 3000 plus. It was so terrible as they block for limit because of these Euros 6000plus. The hotel could simply charge me the full payment upon check in instead of holding on to my card limit. When I call my bank to release the holding amount, they informed they are unable to do so. He advice that upon full settlement of room charges the hotel should print a void holding release immediately at the front desk. Since they did not release and provide me the void ticket, I have to wait 10days at least for the charge amount to be release. This has caused inconvenience to me. Bad experience.
