Comfy!!

Liked: The bed is super comfy and the hotel is pet friendly. I do not have pets but I love seeing them around.
Disliked: Some of the staffs so friendly some just couldn’t careless

Very good

Liked: Rooms with nice design and breakfast with good selection and services. Location is very convenient. Water provided in rooms.
Disliked: Online checkout did not function. Checkout time is at same time as end of breakfast (11.00). No coffee or tea kettle in rooms.

Little Tokyo great accommodation.

Liked: As usual the location is in the middle of little Tokyo boosting with restaurants and shops around the area within a walking distance to the center and the Christmas Markets. The hotel has friendly and professional staff.
Disliked: It was rather noisy in the 10th with the bar upstairs, after asking to change room it vastly improved our experience and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Lovely Japanese style hotel in...

Liked: This hotel was recommended by my German friend, who invited me to this beautiful city Dusseldorf.As it’s located in central of Japan/Korea town, interiors of the hotel was very much japanese style! It’s very close to Korean&Japanese supermarket & restaurants so it’s handy for those who misses some asian food! All staffs at hotel were very kind and great at what they are doing :)I loved the big mirrors & long, wooden table the room. Also when you go out, you can access easily to places by walk! (Feeling safe!)
Disliked: If they could add ‘city center’ or ‘central’ to the end of the hotel name, it will be easier for people to be NOT confused with similar named hotel, which is ‘Me and All hotel Dusseldorf, Oberkassel’.

Liked: The location is just perfect. Not only that it is near the city centre. Also of the kiosk nearby that is open for 24h. And the Japanese Store where you can buy your breakfast.The space that you get in the room is just perfect! That is why I choose a 4 star hotel instead of a 3 star.
Disliked: The only thing is the temperature in the room. I was there during the Christmas Market. It was on the "hot" side. The only thing to do is to open the window. I was on the first floor and the street noise was a bit loud. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Comfortable stay in a nice...

Liked: Nice location near a lot of asian restaurants! Old city on walking distance. I liked the interior of the hotel, japanese themed, it was also nice to hang out in the sky lounge bar.The room was comfortable and spacious
Disliked: There was no kettle on the room. I missed my making my tea :(

Dated, smelly and pricy hotel,...

Liked: This location does not have anything special and is located in an Asian oriented neighbourhood. If you like Asian food, there are a lot of restaurants, but be sure to make a reservation.
Disliked: The hotel looks old fashioned, the rooms are dated, there were things broken in the rooms and the rooms smelt like smelly old folks. There is no coffy machine or fridge. The rooftop lounge was not really a lounge. It had loud music on Saterday, so loud that we could not sit there with the family. On sunday the lounge is closed, because the lounge is out-sourced by the hotel. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so no comments on that. I would not recommend going to this hotel, for the same money you can get much better, fresher and newer hotels.
