Absolutely wonderful!! FIRM bed, though.

Liked: It was eclectic and cool. It made me WANT to explore the whole hotel, which we did. I only wish we would have arrived earlier to enjoy more of what they had to offer. You're always going to have a unique experience at a McMenamins property that you won't soon forget.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable for myself or my wife. It was VERY firm. If you like that, then you'll probably love it. I, however, slept terribly. I know it's subjective, though. I tried not to ding them for it too much in my review.

An eclectic and comfortable destination...

Liked: Fantastic location, eclectic design, numerous food and bar options, live music, a very comfortable and quiet room, and great value.
Disliked: The band at the Spanish Ballroom was way overpriced for the quality, should have been free.

No coffee

Liked: Love this hotel, with it's many bars. Very comfy!
Disliked: Only thing I can complain about is no coffee in room.

Looking for an exciting and...

Liked: Fantastic quirky stay! Hotel rooms are nice, we had a private bath attached. Really fun decor! Such a fun place to explore-food and drink options seem endless! Staff is very nice and friendly, quick response to the customer.
Disliked: The only small draw back were the pillows-they were small and too poofy so they flattened out quickly. Had to double up. That’s the only thing!

We enjoyed our stay

Liked: We love the McMenamins properties. Always quirky and interesting.
Disliked: The employees in the restaurant were a wee bit grumpy in the morning
