Liked: I always stay here when I come to the Springs. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are exceptional and this is such a great value.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: This hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were there during a sub zero storm that had our cable glitching. The staff worked to get the cable up and running and would follow up to see if we needed additional resets to the system. The breakfast options were good as well, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a jet tub to soak in during the storms.
