Excessive fragrance was a deal-breaker

Liked: Location, price, comfy bed, free laundry
Disliked: Perfumey fragrance in our first room was intolerable. It took two requests to get us moved to a less perfumed room -- which lacked a second beside lamp/nightstand and dish soap. At points during our two-day stay, the perfumed hallways were so intolerable that I had to run thru. In addition, the guests in the room above us made loud running and thumping noises until after 11 pm. Also, breakfast was poor, with no oatmeal, no decaf coffee or tea, and no place to sit.

Disliked: The can openers (tried 3 different ones) have been put into the dishwasher and are rusted. They would not open cans.

Will definitely stay again

Liked: The suite’s kitchenette was wonderful. It helped keep the cost of our trip in check. The free laundry was convenient and allowed us to pack a little lighter. The hot breakfast looked good, although I couldn’t partake since I have celiac disease. That made the kitchenette even more important. Zach made us feel welcome upon our arrival. Our stay was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The coffee was standard hotel coffee, not bad tasting, but not much flavor. I’ll bring my own the next time since there’s a coffee maker in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: I always stay here when I come to the Springs. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are exceptional and this is such a great value.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing
