Great quick stope

Liked: The buffet option was incredible.
Disliked: No elevator to second floor. Need to reconsider while packing.

Very good customer service!

Liked: It was near our relative's place. The reception was always manned and very courteous.
Disliked: The room was a bit outdated. Needs some refurbishing. But cleanliness was observed.

Awful.

Liked: Nothing. The staff weren't helpful, the facilities were uncomfortable and not clean.
Disliked: Everything. This place needs a serious revamp.I was especially excited to pay $11 for a glass of Sangria that was mostly pinapple juice topped off with less than 1/4 bottle of Boone's Sangria mix. You can buy the whole bottle at LCBO for $10. We were there for a wedding and had dinner in the restaurant, and loved having fruit flies in the drinks and the vinegar on the table.
