Liked: The house is very charming. The staff is very nice.Parking is fine, and affordable.
Disliked: The bed was ok, but the pillows could be more comfortable.The place isn’t easy to find when it’s dark.

Liked: Loved the quirky, period decor but with modern facilities like large bedroom en-suite. Staff were young, friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The once prestigious location has become a poorer part of Ottawa in this 21st century

Liked: The hotel is near to the old city. The breakfast is excellent.We did not need the car.The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We booked two rooms. In one room the bed was too weak.

Liked: Stunning history within the walls of the McGee house - ephemeral collections throughout, exceptional breakfasts, close to all the downtown sites I needed to attend during the visit.
