It is NOT an hotel...

Liked: The room is simple, but clean
Disliked: No reception , no breakfast, no service, nobody to receive and orient you , no wifi automatically (you have to call and spend your mobile credit for that), no way to print a doc, .... If you lose the password or reach the hotel withour Mob batery then be preparred to sleep in the street.As summary, this is NOT an hotel with all the services we can expect, but an Airbnb renting rooms for expensive price. I do not recommend !

Liked: The neighbourhood and clean site.
Disliked: L'intelligence artificial which reimplace the teller. Imagine you arrive in a rainy day, in the evening. You haven't received the code for going in. No-one to talk with. 45 minutes late someone come for going in: but youstill haven't received the email with room number and access code. No one speak another language than German. Google translate useless, noone has time to talk with you. Finally,after repeated calls and useless discussions with an answering machine, course in German only, someone from Munchen office answer, understand my issue, appologize and sent me the room number and access code. By email. But....bad network area. Go down to a Jet petrol station. All together more than 2 ours. Me, it is the last time I paid to AI. I need to interfere with people. As a surgeon I would like to ask you if as a patient before the theatre, you would be happy to have a similar experience. Do you believe your blood pressure will help your AI surgeon? Come back to normal or get bankrupt!

Disliked: The room is dirty!!! It is uncleaned after previous guest!! It seems like a bordel

Liked: We loved the hot water and the quality of the water, the pillows and the bed were also very comfortable. It was relatively clean except a small stain in the shower.
Disliked: The parking was very difficult and the website was in German which isn't very convenient for foreigners. Also, it stated that the hotel was 'non-smoking' however people on our floor still smoked and the corridor reeked of it which wasn't very pleasant for people who don't like the smell of it.
