Value for Money

Liked: The room was clean. Everything worked as explained
Disliked: No one came to clean the room. Smoke outside my window meant I had to close my window. Next time I’ll avoid the ground floor

Liked: Easy to access, cheap, basic, clean.
Disliked: No staff to talk with, communication is outsourced to non native speakers, no soaps in dispensers. Asked for an iron, was ensured it would be offered, never happened. Left the place a day before checkout, as I had an important meeting and couldn't get there with a crumbled shirt.
