Liked: I loved the bathtub and the location.
Disliked: The bathtub wasn’t cleaned very well, the sofa bed was broken down and very uncomfortable

Very basic hotel, don't pay...

Liked: Bathroom in our suite was very nice and good location.
Disliked: Wifi very poor, could hear everything in our room from the street below (so noisy at night), dryer didn't work but wasn't told until after using the washing machine.

Very disappointed with the lack...

Liked: Not much. It was somewhat of a disappointment.
Disliked: The fact we could not enjoy the spa tub due to it spewing out disgusting black floating debris. We told the management twice of the problem but they failed to fix it. On our 5th night there the maid told us they ran out of towels. We only had one towel for two people to use for almost 2 days, that’s unacceptable. We asked the maid to clean the floor by sweeping it or vacuum but on several occasions you could tell that neither had been done. Additionally, the rooms are not sound proofed enough for the proximity to the street traffic and the building actually shakes when large trucks pass in front of the hotel.

Good stay at Mexico City

Liked: The room was clean, staff are friendly. The room had everything we needed. Large room/suite.
Disliked: Parking are is small.
