Worst ever experience with a...

Liked: I am afraid no. No one spoke English at the receptionist. Said they would give us a refund when we left early, but we never received the refund.
Disliked: On the map this hotel seems to be near the city center, but in fact it is not. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, and paid up front on arrival. We changed our plan and wanted to leave on Day 2. We talked to the hotel and asked if we could get refund for the 2 nights we are not staying. The receptionist said she would ask the boss and then came back and said OK. We left a bank account for refund. But we never received a refund. We sent emails. No one responded.

Disliked: Some noise the people in the next building have loud music at midnight
