Poor maintanace/cleaning

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Very poor maintenance. House dust mites in the bedrooms and beds. No mattresses and pillow cases are provided which makes the beds and pillow extremely unhygienic. Also the carped was not properly cleaned and definitely not the most suitable material for flooring in a hostel. My daughter and were sick during our entire stay at this property due to dust mites.

Liked: - Location of the hostel- Room was vacuumed every day- staff friendly
Disliked: - Showers always cold in the evening - Bed has not pillow protector and mattress protector- I stayed 8 days and never offered to change linen at some point- several cockroaches in the building
