Liked: Room was beachy and so cute. We had a queen bed and separate bathroom/shower. Partial view of ocean. This is an older hotel (1920's) so you aren't going to get all the luxurious amenities. However, it was directly across from the beach, the foyer was gorgeous, the history of this being the only hotel in Belmar left was intriguing, and the room was just what we had expected -- comfy, clean, AC regulated, and cozy.
Disliked: If you are looking for luxury and all the finest amenities, this is not your place. If you like charm, character, and location -- this is your place!

Disliked: Lights from across the street came in the room at night and the curtains were sheer. Could not sleep. Had to. hang a blanket on the window but it didn't help enough.
