Passable

Liked: The shore theme and seaglass tones made for a nice interior decor.
Disliked: The heat was turned all the way up with no ability to self regulate the room. We asked at the front desk to turn down the heat in our room but it didn’t help. The floor is slanted so you are sleeping on an angle, very painful sleep. They need a water cooler with complimentary water.

The Mayfair was too uncomfortable...

Liked: The location was good in light of the event we were attending this weekend.
Disliked: The entire building was way too hot. I left both windows in my room open for the entire 48 hours I was there. It was difficult to sleep with the room being so warm.The mattress needs to be replaced. The body shaped grooves on either side are very uncomfortable.

Very good

Liked: Clean, quiet, newer room, decor, view of ocean as described. Front entry plants.
Disliked: Noise of steam radiators gurgling, hot with no way to turn heat down. No elevator…..

Overall, it’s a good place...

Liked: The location was amazing and I had a great view f the beach from my room. And parking was easy.
Disliked: Can’t control heating and AC, and my room was a bit warm.

Loved it and can’t wait...

Liked: The property is in the perfect location.. we had an ocean view room and it did not disappoint
Disliked: We went for NYE so it was cold but a hot tub would be an excellent addition
