Staff excellent - the main...

Liked: Bed and pillow good and I had some good sleep. Shower pressure good. Location accessible given the price compared to other hotels in Salzburg. Staff good, especially Eva who is at the front desk, kind and helpful (respond to my questions as much as she could). She even gave me some suggestions after returning with a twisted foot when returning from a day trip. If not for the staff I can only give no more than 8/10 instead of the current rating due to various issues.
Disliked: For my first room, one of the light near the bed is not working (not well attached to the wall), for the second room (staff offered me to change the room), the light under the sink in the bathroom is not working (this time I didn’t change due to it’s on my last day). Breakfast okay but expect more varieties. The housekeeping team keep forgetting to send me the complimentary bottles of water everyday (When check in, I was told by the front desk I should have the water), but the staff at the front desk does give me when asked.

Lovely Hotel in Slazsburg.

Liked: The room was very nice. Very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast. It was ok. Nothing I would do again.

Liked: The location is quite near the Salzburg HBF and main river so we can walk and run to the center of the city.The hotel is quite clean and the room is enough for me and my wife
Disliked: The air condition of our first room given to us is not working. And the hotel moved us to another room which satisfied us

Liked: Overall, an excellent business hotel—very smartly designed and comfortable. There is a slight issue with noise from other rooms, but I don’t see that as the hotel's responsibility.Breakfast is very, very modest—not even at the level of a 2-star hotel.
Disliked: Problematic arrival (check-in) and lack of parking. The parking itself is not the issue, but the staff's response, "Figure it out and park somewhere nearby, hopefully, you won’t get fined," is highly problematic.
