Disliked: Could not access room from convenient stairs that were blocked off because of fears of slipping because of snow. Had to access room from stairway on the other side of the property. Uncomfortable lighting. Very thin towels, soft mattress.

Liked: Close to Amtrak, good price, clean.
Disliked: Online photos showed coffee makers which room didn't have, towels are very thin, toilet not fully bolted down.

Liked: The rooms have been revamped and they are quite good -- bed was great. Nice staff, restaurant / bar right next door -- it's solid too. Great value! I've stayed here many times over last 10 years and it's better than ever
