Great value if visiting the...

Liked: This is a cute hotel literally across the street from the University of Oregon. It was about a 2 block walk to my daughter's dormitory. It isn't fancy, more like an upgraded Best Western. That said, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows, the shower was excellent and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is free parking on site and it was very quiet at night, making it easy to get a good nights sleep. While I did not use it, as I am not really a breakfast person, there is a free light breakfast in the morning next to the lobby that looked nice. Will definitely consider staying there again when I am visiting the campus!

No privacy in room and...

Liked: The room was quiet and decent location. The check-in process was quick and easy.
Disliked: The only cover for the window was sheer and the room was on the first floor. You could see out into the parking lot and it was SO bright from the light over the door. Was able to get a blanket up in the window so we had some privacy. Did not know there was a government rate until it was too late it seems as well. And thought since it had a tub in the listing, it was a large soaking tub, not a handicap accessible room.

Liked: Centrally located, easy to find, great room

Clean, nice staff.

Liked: Coffee was great! Tamara was wonderful! Explained anything I asked about, very sweet and always smiling. The room was clean, very basic, but nice enough for the price.
Disliked: The security door that you access from the side of the building (2nd floor) did not latch. Being that I was there alone, I wish that would have.

PERFECT SPOT TO GET OUT...

Liked: excellent
Disliked: There should be a sign at the lobby entrance hanging above that says please do not block driveway. Every time i wanted to go to my hotel room there was a car with the entire family inside checking in or getting drinks and i was left to wait until they were finished. Very ACKWARED ENTRANCE AND EVEN THE DESK STAFF COULD KINDLY TELL THE PERSON TO PARK AND THEN COME IN.

Liked: Breakfast selections TERRIFIC, also the Breakfast area 5 star. Cookies and coffee at entrance make one feel special. Nice pillows on bed and extra blanket a nice touch. Great lighting for reading. Room colors very inviting, would recommend to friends. Employee at entrance had great costumer skills. Plenty of towels, thank you! Nice outside seating area.
Disliked: Hmmmm, one pack of cookies, ran out. Nonetheless there were TWO cookies in the pack...very good cookies.
