Liked: Location was perfect. You can go anywhere you want with a tram that close to the hotel. It was really close to the shopping areas and most of the historical places of Köln. It was clean and mostly quiet.
Disliked: The "no" man at the reception was a little bit cold but kind. It was difficult to get any help from him.

An average stay

Liked: Nice room layout, the bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with great light.TV in room was big.
Disliked: The whole floor had a smell of humidity that has been also in our room. Trying to solve the odour, I was looking for the heat realizing that there was only a small electric heater to plug in.Also it would be nice to have some Greek channels as some for more nations.The cost was not fair for the amenities.

Disliked: there was no air cond in the hotel. there was a fan which was not working. when we open the window as we couldn't breathe, the mosquitoes bite was the worse. we could'nt wait until it was morning to get out of there. lucky it was only 1 night. but the man at the reception was so rude. they have put a quilt in a pillow case as there were no pillows. it was aweful
