A big disappointment

Liked: The view from room was nice
Disliked: Too much to say I don’t reccamend anyone stay so awful

Don't stay here

Liked: Close to airport. Shuttle service. Filtered water in lobby. Pool table.
Disliked: Couldn't swim or lay out at the beach. No views of ocean. Told room had balcony but no balcony. Restaurant/bar hardly ever open. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Never received room service. Supposed to get water bottles we never received. Hertz on site had cars available online but they canceled our reservation 20 mins before we scheduled and said they had no cars available. Toilet door was a slotted door, so absolutely no privacy, and it was extremely small in the toilet/shower.

Disliked: the drawers from the chest of drawers wouldn't stay closed. It was annoying that it kept opening.. The shower was so small and shower head was right above so you had to turn the shower off and then lather yourself and then turn shower back on to rinse..n There wasn't

Liked: The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. The Front Desk ladies were super nice and friendly. The pool was great and relaxing. The breakfast Buffet was yummy and the guy attendant provided an excellent customer service. Also, the gym is brand new and very clean.
Disliked: Nothing
