Served the purpose

Liked: Nice beach location, great facilities and a pool table and books!
Disliked: If they had more (and friendlier) staff, it would help a LOT (our party was kept waiting for hours as none of the rooms were ready; at check-in time, there were only two people on duty and they were unfriendly; the night guard is grumpy and mean)

Liked: we flew in late but reception stayed open. Our room was perfectly fine and quiet. The hotel grounds were nice and relaxing while we waited for our pickup
Disliked: not used to Hawaii prices when we booked!

Very disappointed that we paid...

Liked: The location near the airport. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful.
Disliked: The facility is way overdue for updates. The air conditioner did not work and the windows would not open. The carpets were worn and stained. One of the rooms they tried to give us had half a dozen roaches moving around. The room was advertised as a Garden Room, but was on a parking lot.

Liked: free coffee in the morning and laundry facilty available. Gym was clean as well
Disliked: shuttle from airport is not extended into late night
