Great stay with family and...

Liked: pools, two bedroom unit with kitchen and washer/dryer. location great.
Disliked: Beach club and beach was disappointing and you needed separate key that had a limited availability.

Liked: The rooms were the only thing we liked
Disliked: We didnt have access to the beach club or the beach pool / hotttub - which was why we booked this place We went for our honey moon and not once did that get acknowledged even tho I told the front deskOur views to our room was looking over a construction zone We couldnt make it to the first night stay because of the storm and they hotel refused to refund us - even though over 1/2 the resort wasnt even usable!! and the streets were closed around it

Liked: I really enjoyed the facilities and the decor was excellent. The pool areas were nice and they were clean.
Disliked: It seemed like a lot of areas were closed because of not being open and the keys sometimes didn’t work. I found the front desk staff to be quite rude and off putting. For example I received countless automated texts asking me to come to the front desk for a gift as I am a Hilton honors member. When I went to the front I was handed a sheet of paper with activities and told this was my “gift”. Parking was a little sparse and we often had to park far away.

Exceptional

Liked: lovely staff great and great facilities. the kids loved the pool and the slide.
Disliked: the restaurant to be open. It was only supposed to be closed on the monday, however it was also shut on the sunday.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Liked: Housekeeping services while we stayed, place is new and modern and very clean. We felt just at home. Lots of security around so we felt safe. My toddler accidentally left the room without us knowing and they found him and brought him back. Great game room and gym on site.
Disliked: Location not ideal, not much around the area for tourists. No restaurants or shops to walk to. Area is very windy in the afternoon. Large pool slide is open only on certain hours so we didn't get to use it. Need towel cards for towels, inconvenient.
