ROACHES AND DIRTY TOWELS

Liked: The area
Disliked: Roaches, dirty towels shower curtain was filthy dirty and the ice bucket looked like it was used for an ashtray. I also took pictures of everything including the bugs running around sheets were dirty and the cleaners need to be ashamed of themselves!

Liked: Staff was helpful with issues
Disliked: Roaches, ratchet people and thin walls. A place for surviving the cold and nothing else.

Needs Improvement

Liked: The price and the location
Disliked: The fact that I always have to pay extra for a microwave, refrigerator and any other amenities that they don't have in the rooms. They advertise these rooms showing those amenities in them but they are not. Other than that it was Okay.
