Poor service.

Liked: Close to our event. Close to shops.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned and stocked. When I spoke to the staff they didn’t seem to want to help out. They wanted to know if we had requested full service. That’s their responsibility to give full service! Yes I had requested full service. Never have I experienced this while staying in a hotel! I’ve never not received clean towels and room cleaning/stocking at any other facility. I left a message about this and front desk clerk didn’t call me back. I went to the front desk and got clean towels. The clerk said the problem was because they were short staffed because of Christmas holiday. I didn’t feel the service compared to the room rates. I would not recommend this facility to others at this point in time.

Liked: Staff was friendly and professional. Room size was better than most rooms for this price . Nice breakfast. I would recommend a stay here.
Disliked: The weight machine was broken. The heater leaked causing the carpet to be soaked

Liked: The room was clean. We stay here often. We enjoy the hot tub. We appreciated that you changed the the way you get in the rooms, especially the hot tub room. That was always a problem. Decent breakfast. We love staying here. We live in Paso and this is where we always stay for a get away.
Disliked: The bed was a bit to firm. wish you had a charging plugs on both sides of the bed. The oatmeal one day was perfect and the second day it was watery. Other then those minor things there isn't any we don't like.
