Liked: Best Hotel I've stayed at in Lisbon. Clean, very comfortable, great location, tea and coffee in room was a nice surprise and a fantastic breakfast. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great value for money, we will be back.

Great find away from tourists...

Liked: Reception staff was very helpful! Room was clean and just enough.Parking was not expensive (15 eur/24 hrs) and convenient.Brekafast was halal and plentiful, with sufficient variaty, a lot of fresh fruits, pastry and hot options. Well done!

Excellent cost-benefit ratio

Liked: The reception service was excellent: helpful and practical. The location is outside the tourist center but in an excellent residential area, with a metro station and excellent transportation options. The room was a good size and clean.
Disliked: The bath towels are small and not at all soft. There are no amenities in the bathroom and our room had an unpleasant smell, for no apparent reason.

Disliked: 1)The electricity on my floor went out but staff were quick to resolve.2)Wifi was down for one evening. 3)Could hear conversation from the room next door and they kept tapping on the wall.
