Pleasant

Liked: Close to Baker St and tube. Safe location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Walk to Sherlock Holmes house, Regents Park and tube.
Disliked: The photos are misleading. Our room was tiny and the table and chairs and mini kitchenette were not as expected. With 2 people and luggage we could hardly move around. 75 tiny tight steep stairs to the 3 floor. Dangerous and uncomfortable for moving luggage. Paper thin walls, piles of dirty sheets blocking the already tight stairs, no lobby or communal space, hot room because the radiator wouldn't turn off or down with window that had to be closed or fully open - no in between!

Very good

Liked: Great location no breakfast provided.
Disliked: All the fire doors on the protected stairwell were propped open with door wedges and one had a table in front of it!

Would stay there again

Liked: Staff was very good, arranged for me to arrive really late to the property from the airport, i.e. after 11 pm.
Disliked: My room was facing the main road in front... was a touch noisy due to the traffic in the early morning.

A nice stay but note...

Liked: I really like the neighbourhood; the hotel is close to the Baker street underground station and the Marylebone train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable for me. The receptionist does not stay at the reception all the time, but he promptly appears when I rang the bell there. Also they let me leave my luggage after I checked out, which helped me a lot.
Disliked: There is no elevator and first time here I had my room on the fourth floor - it was a bit hard to get up with luggage, and even without. Next time thankfully I was accommodated on the ground floor. The windows could not be opened, but this might have been due to security issues. The bathroom had a small shower and I was worrying I might break the glass as I usually need some space.

Anybody wishing to stay at...

Liked: The location was amazing to access all the places we wanted to visit. The beautiful decor and attention to detail was spectacular. The absolute charm of the Inn was stunning and exceeded what one saw on the photos. The amazing gentleman who checked us in, went above and beyond helpful and we couldn’t be more grateful for his hospitality. The rooms were lovely and had fantastic extras to make ones stay even better. I would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be returning to this beautiful hotel. Located so close to the tube station made easy access to transportation was an added bonus. Loved every moment of my stay.

perfect!!

Liked: It's simply a perfect trip! The boss is a very good person, allowing us to choose the rooms and room types we like ourselves. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is spacious with comfortable showerheads. The geographical location is also very good
