Liked: The hosts were very friendly, the breakfast is home cooked and although not like a hotel choice still perfectly adequate, and the toast is properly cooked! Really comfy bed. And I was upgraded to a double room.
Disliked: The Wifi was a bit iffy at times but no real issue

Liked: Very quiet and clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Convenient for the city centre.
Disliked: Toilet seat wouldn't stay up and one of the bedside lamp bulbs didn't work.

Liked: Really friendly and welcoming staff, clean facilities and lovely breakfast.
Disliked: It was really noisy until early hours of the morning and the toilet was making noises throughout the night.

Disliked: Nothing really, maybe the room could be a little bit bigger, but that's it really

Exceptional

Liked: I was very politely greeted on arrival and offered a family room instead of the single I'd booked because it was empty. The location was ideal as my head office is just up the road on Ascot Drive, so getting into work the following morning was very easy. I told Sharon I was going to get a takeaway and she recommended somewhere locally which was excellent and within walking distance (I'd managed to get a parking space outside the hotel and was told it was best to keep hold of it).
Disliked: Nothing at this price.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was home cooked and you could help yourself. Bed was comfortable.
