Will definitely

Liked: Amazing location situated beside the river and away from any roads. The room was perfect and even our dogs were beautifully catered for with their own dog bed and home made biscuit treats waiting their arrival. The staff are incredibly welcoming and made us feel valued. Definitely will be coming back. Loved it!
Disliked: We were meeting family for dinner, a group of six and thought we would meet in the bar ahead of dinner, but the bar is basically little more than a very narrow space with seats down in a row. A bit of a tight fit. And the dinner menu was not covering all the bases I would have hoped for. A little more variety would have been preferred. But the food the excellent along with perfect service.

Can’t wait to be back...

Liked: Perfect period property, third time at the hotel. Dates back to 1225 right next to the River Dee. Immaculate in every sense.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!!

Not sure if I would...

Liked: The scenery. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Took a bit of time to find reception entrance on arrival. No real clear directions when driving in. Didn’t matter which part of the bedroom you walked across the floorboards creaked, and dresser seemed to rattle when you walked past it. Could not get shower handle to move and when we did the handle fell off, once got it working it was very very hot. Had to switch it off and take a bath instead. Could not get cold water tap to turn on fully, so there was only a little water slowly coming out. Breakfast was warm not hot. Plates were not warm/hot so that didn’t help to keep breakfast hot.
