Disliked: Soap holders, toilet roll holder broken Bathroom had white smeared on sink

Very surprising little gem.

Liked: What a little gem, lots of charm, very isolated in the middle of nowhere located next to the Marwell Zoo but this adds to the whole charm of the place. Pleasant staff nice bar area.
Disliked: Car park was very dark which could be a security risk with work vans, room was a little tired but this is expected with the age of the hotel and I was happy for the price paid.

Liked: IThis hotel has a great location, but it falls short in many ways. The rooms and facilities are outdated and need refurbishment. Size of the room was good.
Disliked: Cleanliness is below standard—there are cobwebs near windows and behind curtains. The sticky tables in the lobby and breakfast area further emphasize the lack of attention to details. Hair dryer was not working.
