Good hotel in good location...

Liked: Excellent location close to city center. Impressive building facade and nice atmosphere inside. Very nice/friendly personnel at the check-in/out desk and at the bar.
Disliked: 35 minute tram ride from airport. Not that close to Z.I. Le Haillan.

Liked: Loved the communal areas, everywhere very clean and super convenient for the team from the airport.
Disliked: Our room (301) was tiny, cramped and poorly laid out. The hotel agreed to change us to a slightly larger room after a day but I truly do not feel that 301 would ever be suitable for more than a single traveller. Still waiting for the refund of my holding deposit 72 hours after leaving despite paying for the whole bill upon a credit card upon check out. A lovely hotel in many ways but the issues with the room and return of my holding deposit have spoiled what would otherwise have been a memorable stay with great staff.
