vacation
Liked: very good hotel located just outside the city so very quiet the breakfast was good and everything was there also a cozy bar where you could have a drink the room was good with an excellent bed just the bath shower I found a little less but that is also because I am tall but is also a personal choice ideal to believe to go everywhere just 10 minutes from the city also very easily accessible by bus from the station take bus 2 and get off at the theater 2 minutes walk from the stop in other words a top hotel if you want to discover the city

The hotel was Incredible,stunning location...
Liked: What’s not to like about the property, stunning hotel, fantastic location & amazing staff. I would like to say thank you to the reception staff on the day of our arrival who went above and beyond their help to make it possible for our 2 daughters to stay in our suite.
Disliked: Nothing.

Mixed feelings. Amazing location, Comfortable...
Liked: Τhe amazing location, the traditional building which gave a sense of luxury, the size of the room which made the stay for our family comfortable. Also the stuff was very kind. The check in / out process was very quick.
Disliked: Τhe last days, the ceiling in the entrance of our room was leaking, probably from the bathroom upstairs. Resulting from this, the walls in the hall, the floor and the things we had there (jackets, shoes) became wet. Cleaning, especially for a room that cost 305 euros per night, could be better.

Beautiful and romantic location steeped...
Liked: Romantic, fairytale location. Just beautiful. ❤️ steeped in history. Fabulous hotel very historical and decorated accordingly. Fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed.Staff are great. The breakfast and breakfast staff are fantastic. Chef Softest scrambled eggs delicious. Food presentation and attention to detail by the breakfast ladies is outstanding. Nothing ran out even when it was busy. Missing our breakfast thank you love room 31 xx Room very cosy with nice old furniture. Stunning bathroom. The biggest bed I’ve ever seen. Not just a bedroom and bathroom. Quite location great for sleep no noise. Lots to do and nothing very far away, still managed to get 12-16,000 steps in a day.
Disliked: All good

We’ve been several times to...
Liked: Convenient location . Decent bathroom, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Problems with the keying system with doors meant we had to keep returning to reception which was problematic for us physically (we’re quite old!) as it was quite a way from our room. The bar is not efficiently staffed it felt like an inconvenience asking for drinks. It was nice area but the choice of paintings leaves a lot to be desired, miserable scenes & beheaded decapitated artwork doesn’t really make for a pleasant & relaxing atmosphere !

Superb
Liked: Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and spacious and had a lovely view of the canal. It was so peaceful, no noise from outside or other guests. The bed! The best bit. We both had the best night's sleep in the most comfortable giant bed! Heaven! Couldn't fault this hotel. It was a joy to stay at.
