A charming boutique hotel in...

Liked: The hotel overlooks a canal and is 5 minutes walk to the main square and Belfrey. Very quiet with the distant sound of the Belfry chimes. Ideal location to access all that Bruges has to offer. Breakfast offered a variety of cereals, cheese, meats, pastries, yogurt and fruit. Bean to cup coffee, a variety of tea and juices. Decor and cleanliness of a high standard and full of charm.
Disliked: No room service or evening meals available. Extra tea, coffee and milk in the room would have been nice.

Best location in town, everything...

Liked: Since the hotel was not so busy and that we had booked two nights, the manager kindly upgraded us

Liked: An attractive building which has a handy central location. It is, well located for the #2 bus from the station. We had a spacious room with a proper canal view. There was very little road noise.
Disliked: The decor was tired, both in the room and the public areas

Nice place, amazing staff, excellent...

Liked: The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The room had a vague smell of sewage, one outlet at the desk did not work, and half the lights in the main room didn't work. Lastly the carpet seemed a bit old and gross.
