Disliked: The inside felt very bland and corporate, with no character.

Disliked: Upon arrival, the elevator was broken and reception refused to help me with the luggage. I asked them to help me as I had an injured leg and could not bring suitcases up the stairs myself, they told me they could not and there was nobody in the hotel who could help me. After I got really upset they gave me the room in the other part of the building where the elevator is working. This kind of reception was certainly not pleasant. Also, there is no restaurant (apart from breakfast) in the hotel or room service.
