Nice hotel in the old...

Liked: The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. We've been there twice and both times they allowed us very late check out with no issues and just a small price.
Disliked: There is a construction work near the hotel, so it was a bit loud at times.

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and many sightseeing spots. The receptionists and bartenders were nice.
Disliked: The reviews here were great, so that is the reason why I chose to stay at Martin’s Klooster. I was really excited to stay in a nice hotel, but I think I winded up in an older room that needs to be redone. I was a bit disappointed with the room. The radiator in the bathroom was rusty and the shower door was filled with limescale. When I arrived, the room did not look completely cleaned. I could see cobwebs in the shutter, an old champagne wire left behind the shutter and dust on the hairdryer.The cleaning lady was nice, but she did enter the room without knocking when I was in bed.I had expected more from a four star hotel.

Liked: Room was basic and for one night it was not an issue but if you are staying longer you might want to upgrade to a room beyond standard size.
Disliked: very small room and the size of the bed was smaller than a full size so not great for a couple.

Disliked: Some rooms are small, what actually did not bother me. But when you are tall, it might have to bit careful to not hit your head under the roof.
