Disappointed.

Liked: The communal areas were clean and modern, and the restaurant was great. I was very disappointed by the room however, which was dated and shabby, making it appear dirty even though it wasn’t. Complete contrast to communal areas. Had booked a room with a spa bath and spa function didn’t work, door handles had fallen off and bin lin was broken - not major but little details that when combined gave the impression the place was not cared for.That said, the staff was lovely and super helpful, but wouldn’t stay here again on account of the rooms themselves.

Liked: Needed a place to stay last minute and this hotel filled this need perfectly. Smooth check in and out. Beautiful bathtub. Great experience overall.

Liked: The room was comfortable and with enogh space. Blurred eggs were available for breakfast. The location of the hotel is close to the European institutions which is an advantage. Pancakes were very tasty.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but with not enough space for all the guest at the breakfast area. Waffles were absent from the menu for breakfast whereas you have to be aware that we are in Brussels.
