Disliked: I have been coming to this hotel for several years and each time there seems to be something less. The room is so tired, bare and basic in everything, it felt more like a cell in a convent than a 4 star hotel.

Liked: Quality for money. Food was excellent. Staff very helpful. Location very close to Justus Lipsius.
Disliked: Gym. Very small, hot and very little facilities like weights, Smith machine, stair master

High quality of services and...

Liked: I have stayed several times in this hotel and I can certainly confirm that it has a high and stable quality of service. It is clean and provides the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The rooms are quite and as spacious as needed for one person. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is more than satisfying. The location is perfect, especially if someone travels for work in the European institutions. The heat is working perfectly and there is hot water (which is not granted for many hotels in Brussels!).
Disliked: Due to the location, the prices are often too high compared to the services provided.
