Perfectly located hotel

Liked: Fantastic location, couldn't be more central in a way. Room was simple and nice given the location, and breakfast was quite ok even if a little crowded.
Disliked: I have stayed at many hotels and I have never encountered a rude receptionist before. A blond receptionist in the lobby was very clearly showing she was very unhappy and even if a question like "where could we find the nearest public transport stop" is something one can look up online, I would assume that it is customary to get these types of questions. When checking out she did not ask how the stay was or even look us in the eye, just "room number", and "thanks", and then reacting very irritated when we just kindly asked if she new where we can find the nearest bus stop to take us to the train station. Again, first time with this behavior for me, and last time I ever go to this hotel because of that, even if the rest of the staff were friendly.

Great location, but late check...

Liked: Perfect location and friendly staff
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was poor, the bed was uncomfortable, and the check-in time was too late. To make matters worse, our room wasn’t ready until 3:00 PM, leaving us exhausted after traveling—especially with a 3-year-old. We had no choice but to walk around town for hours while waiting.
