Liked: Great location, nice staff, good customer service, the room was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor and overpriced. Windows were dirty and there was construction scaffolding that covered the facade of the building. The hotel charged an extra $15 as ”credit” per day for dining, whether you used it or not. The junior suite is not really a suite, just a regular room with a tiny walk in closet.

Liked: The hotel is near the bus terminal, which is convenient for us as we don't take our car when visiting Manhattan. It was attractive, clean, convenient, and comfortable We had no complaints.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like. It is a nice place and is conveniently located.

A lovely relaxing time at...

Liked: We got an upgrade on our room and it was beautiful. Large comfortable bed, iron, coffee facilities, lovely bathroom, a safe and a large room. It was very comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the menu was very good and food was lovely. Hotel is right across the road from Macys with subway stations very close by.
Disliked: I honestly couldnt say anything negative
