Liked: Very friendly staff and comfortable beds
Disliked: We didn’t get a choice to choose our room on booking.com and we’re stuck with a room with only a tub and a handheld shower head.

Liked: Great location and very clean period hotel with great decor. Owners and staff were great hosts.

Liked: Did not have breakfast, location was excellent!
Disliked: Bathtub had no curtain to shower, difficult to bathe and not get water everywhere, Also a live bug, probably from window crawled on me as I was napping. Bed was not comfortable. Coffee was cold but staff qiuickly corrected issue.

Liked: Great location and such a beautiful place. The place looks amazing and gave us a glimpse into the past.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit small as well as the toilet.

Quirky Weird Old… but lost...

Liked: Weirdly quirky hotel, like stepping back in time, that’s why I chose it! Despite the ‘old’ feel to the room, the bed was really comfortable.. slept great. Shower was fine. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Maybe easier accessible sockets for the gadget world, had to move tables to get into plugs, but then again… it’s not designed for gadgets it really felt authentic

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating . It was nice having fresh coffee available in the morning. Bed was comfortable and room was nicely decorated.
Disliked: I did not like the bathtub in the room without privacy and there was no place to set anything on the sink. Also, there was no place to hang anything. Breakfast was not very good.
