Liked: Ease of check in and checkout. Decor was nice. Lovely bathroom
Disliked: Bed was a little uncomfortable

Disliked: Expected more appreciation from cleaning crew when reached out to them. Tipped what I would expect and got them a jump start on bedding n towels. Not a big deal I guess.

Liked: The property is beautiful. Garden is spectacular and has nice places to sit and have something to drink. The rooms are well appointed. Parking is very good. Its within walking distance of downtown Portsmouth, about a mile.
Disliked: If you have any problems with going up stairs, or lifting suitcases upstairs request a ground level. Also the cottage suites on the ground level offer more privacy and room.
