Liked: All of the things families could do and walking distance to our room and office
Disliked: Need a little better security on sliding doors

Shame on management for not...

Disliked: Had to deal with the smell of marijuanna throughout our stay. We were told that smoking was not allowed on the property at all, but the heavy smell of it hit us the minute we walked into our room.

Liked: This will be our new go-to in Branson! Location was great: We loved that it was tucked away, but also in the middle of town. We were able to access the back routes to avoid the main road and get to our events easily and quickly. The room was CLEAN, spacious, and well-stocked. Bed was comfy! Ice maker and laundry in the room was nice. Our family enjoyed the facilities (indoor pool, 24 hour game room, fire pit), but there are so many other activities to enjoy. We look forward to staying sometime when the outdoor pool is open because it looks big and has multiple swimming areas for all ages.
Disliked: Room could use some minor cosmetic attention (e.g. bathroom grout and caulk was chipped and missing, replacement trim work not done correctly) and carpets shampooed periodically to maintain the standards of the rest of the property.

Liked: The staff was very nice and created an inviting environment. I felt like they wanted me to be there.The property had the right amount of seclusion, despite being in the midst of a busy vacation spot.The room was up to date and clean. The property had a ton of amenities. One night was not enough time to enjoy them all.

Liked: They did not offer breakfast :(The staff was very accommodating especially since I had to switch rooms due to smoke cooking odor in first room! But after I moved rooms I loved my stay!! The room was perfect!!!
Disliked: Wish they would’ve served a free breakfast w room!
