Very dissapointed

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The beds were older and sank in in certain parts from usage. The bathrooms were below expectation, they did not have shower mats, the plastic non-slip mats you find at all hotels. My 84 year old slipped and fell in the shower, it took 3 of us to pick her up. When I called the front desk, it took over 40 minutes for them to pick up, and they told me that we were responsible for calling to get shower mats. Plus the person who answered the phone was not even going to apologize about my aunt's accident in the shower, he said he was going to report it to the engineers? Why the engineers? He didn't apologize until I said, you mean to tell me that you have nothing to say about my aunt sleeping and hurting herself in the shower because you have no available shower mats? At that point he apologized, saying he was sorry for the mishap. When I checked out, the same thing happened with the person who checked me out, I said I wanted for him to write on his report that my aunt had slipped in the shower. He said he would and turned around. Not very friendly or accomodating front desk staff.

It was definitely not worth...

Liked: The pool staff was very friendly.
Disliked: It's sprawling and feels like an apartment complex. The room was small with a tiny patio in the street. We waited for a long time for our room to be ready and two staff members admitted that they are less accommodating to customers who book through booking.com. They also told me they would have a manager call me but that never happened.

Average stay

Liked: Nice grounds, nice golf course
Disliked: No onsite restaurant or room service, house keeping only came once in 4 days, had to remind staff to bring my bag to the room

Great place to stay with...

Liked: Loved that the room was across the Roadrunner pool. Quiet and adult oriented. Room was quiet and clean.
Disliked: Price of daily parking was high.

Disliked: Limited areas on site to eat/grab a drink in evening (grill at golf course was closed)

Very nice, comfortable, pleasant staff.

Liked: It was clean, the staff were always pleasant and easy to deal with. The view was nice. I have no complaints except for when I called room service and asked for an extra towel and some moisturizer I was told something about paying for the towels and then I received only one tiny container of moisturizer - about a tablespoon's worth. Maybe 3 would have been reasonable??
Disliked: See previous. Room service/ also when we had a big bag of garbage, we didn't know where to put it. The staff nicely took it but maybe we should have known what to do if we didn't find a staff member.
