Terrible service but the hotel...

Liked: The property was absolutely amazing but unfortunately the service was terrible. Service desk staff it was cold and not welcoming at all. Sad because is a beautiful property but the staff was absolutely shocking.
Disliked: Staff at the reception was cold and not welcoming at all and the worst it was at the pool. I went to get drinks and dinner for my family and the staff complete ignored me. I we got the reception to make the complaint and they couldn’t care less as well. We end up leaving to get dinner outside the hotel. Terrible service
