Great hotel, in a great...

Liked: The rooms were amazing and so spacious! The bed was very comfortable and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful, in a great location! Free onsite parking, and a city bus that comes every 5ish minutes to take you to Main Street - it was perfect.
Disliked: It would be nice if the hotel had complimentary toothbrushes or similar items for guests that forget theirs. I had forgotten mine and while they do have a little market, a toothbrush was $4 which seemed very excessive, especially when a lot of hotels will provide them at no charge.

Always a treat to stay...

Liked: Mountainside is always a delight for our family. It is in the perfect location right on the ski slope, and has amazing facilities. It is definitely set up well for families with activities happening all day and the best hot tubs and pool around with many options!

Would never return to this...

Liked: Not much, we could compare the room/ facility to motel 6.
Disliked: There was a Q-tip on the floor outside of our room that stayed there the entire stay. Not one member of the staff picked it up and threw it away. The television wasn’t functioning on the morning of our departure. We turned it on at 3am and it didn’t come on line until 8am. The bath tub had no skid proofing to prevent slipping.
