Very good

Liked: Check in was great! Room was clean and located in a beautiful area Construction going on but it's off season so didn't bother us. Bed was super firm which I wasn't a fan of . But overall it was a great value

I loved it I will...

Liked: Eveything was close by they have so much to do at the hotel and everyone was so nice with the coupons and showing us where to go I loved it I will be back

Would definitely come back to...

Liked: Location is great. Very close to restaurants, market and Colonial Williamsburg. The apartment was spacious, clean and great for money value.

Look elsewhere!

Disliked: Terrible stay!I had to split my reservation into two different ones since the room I wanted was not available for the whole time I needed it for. I asked multiple times if this is not going to be an issue because of the check in and check out times. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK EACH TIME. The night prior, I asked when is the latest I can leave room 1 and move to room 2 and was told BY THE MANAGER that later in the afternoon is ok.The day of, I go to the reception again to confirm. They said that the manager did not leave a note and they are unaware but will check further and will call me. I told them that I scheduled my plans according to their prior confirmations and I am no longer able to cancel them. They said that they will check with the manager and then call me back. I went on about my plans. At 1pm they call me and say I need to move between the rooms NOW. I explained again that I can't because they confirmed multiple times that it should be ok and head to ask them to call the manager!! Who approved it since they didn't think about it. A few minutes later a different manager calls and says that she apologizes about the communication issue but I I have to switch right now.I missed something that was very important for me to participate in. They will not be able to turn the wheel back, NOR DID THEY EVEN TRY. I used to go here twice a year for long stays. Obviously, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS. STAY AWAY.
