would be a great place for kids for a $$$$ SHORT stay. otherwise recommend a $$ beachfront condo.

Liked: Lazy river was fabulous (slightly heated, perfect temperature). Staff everywhere was super friendly and all willing to deliver excellent service. Staff was constantly walking property, especially around pool, to ensure clean environment and pick up anything a guest didnt dispose of properly. With COVID considerations, they took extra measures and thought into everything. Very clean rooms and they stocked up with extra towels and supplies in the room. Pool towels also in room instead of at pool. Nice lunch option and drinks at pool. Also great that you can use the other amenities at JWMarriott and Ritz, although Lakeshore lazy river was better for us. Kitchen restaurant at JW was great for dinner option.
Disliked: No evening restaurant for dinner so you do have to leave property or order to deliver.

Faultless luxury and relaxation

Liked: Absolutely everything about the hotel was splendid. The room, the facilities, the bed, the complimentary chocolate, the food, the spa facilities, the pool, the guys and gals who make the leave wonderful. I will be coming back soon.
